An investigation by the Tennessee Comptroller’s Office has resulted in the indictment of Jason Browning, the elected Clay County Highway Superintendent.

It was a project a couple of years in the making involving community input and a vision by administrative assistant and Title VI coordinator for Clay County, Carol Rettig, that brought a new county seal to life.
