Nick and April Patterson of Clay County have been nominated for the Upper Cumberland Neighbor of the Year Award, recognizing their contributions to the Clay County community through agriculture, education, and community service.
The Pattersons have actively supported local farmers and promoted agriculture. They are also advocates for improved educational opportunities for Clay County students and volunteer for various community causes.
Nick Patterson expressed gratitude for the nomination, stating that he and his wife are proud to call Clay County home. April Patterson added that they believe in giving back to their community and are thankful for the opportunity to make a difference.
The Upper Cumberland Neighbor of the Year Award is presented annually to a person or couple who has made significant contributions to the region. The winner will be announced at the WCTE Annual Dinner on March 27.
