NON-RESIDENT NOTICE
It appearing from the Motion and Affidavit filed in this cause, that the whereabouts and addresses of Respondents, Carl Williams, Christopher Slayton, Casey Shane Williams, P.J. Poindexter, Paul Ray Poindexter and all other persons and parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the Petition for Partition and Authorization for Sale of Decedent’s Real property, and the Second Amendment to Petition for Partition and Authorization for Sale of Decedent’s Real Property, are unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, such that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon them.
It further appearing that on the 24th day of May, 2024, the Honorable Ronald Thurman, Chancellor, ORDERED that a copy of this Notice be published in the Citizen-Statesman, a newspaper having general circulation in Clay County, Tennessee, for four (4) consecutive weeks commanding said Respondents, Carl Williams, Christopher Slayton, Casey Shane Williams, P.J. Poindexter, Paul Ray Poindexter and all other persons and parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the Petition for Partition and Authorization for sale of Decedent’s Real property, enter their appearance herein within thirty (30) days after July 2, 2024, same being the date of the last publication of this notice, to Petitioner’s attorney and to the Clay County Clerk and Master, or default will be taken.
