Mayor Reagan and Son Install New Park Message Board

Mayor Dale Reagan and his son Scotty are pictured above as they install a new message board at the Clay County Park. This board was made possible by a ThreeStar Grant, administered by the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, and will be used to promote events at the park. The original plan was to locate the board at the intersection of Arcot Road and Highway 52. However, the TDOT regulation did not allow for an electronic sign to be located on their right-of-way.
