SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated September 15, 2020, and recorded in the Register's Office for Clay County at Celina, Tennessee, in Book TD 159, Page 482, Raul Navarro Gonzalez Sr. and Rose Acevedo, Husband and Wife, conveyed to Kelly F. Price, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of a Note in the original principal amount of $51,660.00; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned was appointed and substituted as Substitute Trustee under this Deed of Trust by a substitution dated January 26, 2024, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Clay County at Celina, Tennessee in Book MS18, Page 125; and

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness and other provisions of the Deed of Trust have been violated, and Eastman Credit Union, the holder of said indebtedness has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and the Substitute Trustee has been directed to foreclose the Deed of Trust in accordance with the terms thereof; and

WHEREAS, the public is hereby notified that the undersigned Substitute Trustee will sell the hereinafter described real estate at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in hand, at the main entrance of Clay County Courthouse, 145 Cordell Hull Dr. Celina, Clay County, Tennessee, at 1:00 p.m. March 1, 2024.

NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: RESPONDENT/PARENTS, HEATHER KING and BRIAN BOLES

On March 28th, 2024 at1:30 p.m.  a hearing will be held to determine

whether a guardian should be appointed for the above minor child.

At the hearing, the Court will determine whether the individual is an

incapacitated person or minor under Indiana law. If the Court finds that the individual

is an incapacitated person or minor, the Court shall also consider whether the Petitioner

should be appointed as the guardian of the individual. The Court may, in its discretion,

appoint some other qualified person as guardian. The Court may also, in its discretion,

limit the powers and duties of the guardian to allow the individual to retain control

over certain property and activities. The Court may also determine whether a

protective order should be entered on behalf of the individual.

The Court may on its own motion or on request of any interested party, postpone

the hearing to another date and time.

The Hearing will be held in Magistrate “C”, Room 109, first floor City-County

Building, 501 E. Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
